After a lifetime as a customer of Ramón's Poultry Shop, I decided to take the plunge and embark on the adventure of learning the trade so I could continue his legacy. This is how this project was born, with the aim of continuing to offer the best service in the Lucillo Gallery and keeping alive the tradition of a friendly and trustworthy shop.
